Your Appointment Awaits You

Selecting your gown is special and it's a different process for each of our brides. Our job is to make you feel relaxed and at ease while shopping with us. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and look forward to helping you select the gown of your dreams!
We speak with a lot of our brides prior to booking an appointment, many of them express being nervous. This blog post details what it's like to have an appointment at Bombshell, giving you the bride, an idea of what to expect.
When you arrive you are greeted by one of our consultants at the desk. We will welcome you to the salon, introduce our selves and learn about you and your guests who have come to help you select your gown! We will talk a little about what you are looking for, what your budget might be, and we will ask if you have pictures or a certain style you are interested in. Your appointment is 2 hours so no need to feel rushed!
Next we will give you a brief tour of our bridal suite and invite your guests' to have a seat at your viewing area. Your consultant will then invite you to begin shopping, the two of you will walk around and select 5-7 dresses for you to begin trying on.
Once you have selected your gown we will complete the look by finding your veil and accessories.
Once you have selected your dress, veil, and accessories it's time for a TOAST! We love to celebrate with our brides, often you will hear us burst into excited clapping for our new brides! To commemorate your day we take a picture of you and your guests with the "I'm a Bombshell Bride" sign.
After completing your paperwork and answering any lingering questions we wish you a safe journey home. We truly hope that after leaving you are even more excited for your upcoming nuptials and feel BEAUTIFUL in your Bombshell gown.

All of this is what we call "The Bombshell Experience"™

12 Things Brides Forget Before Their Wedding Day

BRING EXTRA SHOES! Those gorgeous heels you bought? Yeah, by the time the reception rolls around your feet will be killing you! Bring an extra pair of flats so you can keep dancing and socializing the night away. You’ll thank me later. Decide what to do with the gifts. This is often forgotten during the wedding planning process, but still pretty important thing to remember! Make sure you assign someone to pack up the gifts and tell them where to take them. Especially if you are leaving on your honeymoon that night! You don’t want to decide what to do with them after you have had a few glasses of champagne. ;) Assign someone responsible to take care of the marriage license! Your officiant will take two copies and one is your souvenir. (Yes, you will sign three of them.) Make sure you don’t ask your cousin who has had 4 possibly 6 drinks that night already. REAL TALK. How to be A Good Bridesmaid

We all know that being a bridesmaid is a blessing AND a curse. Buying a dress that 1. you don’t like and 2. UGH that price tag though! We all know that sometimes being asked to be in a wedding is extremely frustrating. However, when your best friend asks you to be in her wedding it’s hard to not feel honored! She loves you and wants you by her side for the most important day of her life. Please be seated class! Remember that she might be stressed out, and don’t take it personal. She may be stressed because everyone is in her ear telling her what she should do. Ask her if she needs help and most likely she will need it, but might not want to ask. You may not care about all the details, but she does! A good friend will shut up about her wanting paper flowers instead of real ones and help her make “said” paper flowers. She will change her mind at least a dozen times. I am SOOO guilty of this. In this day and age with pinterest, instagram, wedding blogs, and facebook i...
