Here’s what she had to say about her big day!
“Our wedding ceremony took place at St. Marys Church in St. Clair, MI. It was a beautiful ceremony with friends and family.

Our reception was at Fore Lakes Golf Course (now Solitude lakes) in Kimball, MI. It turned out to be a beautiful fall day. Thank goodness, because in the morning it started to hail when we were getting our hair done lol. At the reception we got a lot of outdoor pictures with our wedding party.

The girls loved their dresses and still tell me how many people really liked the bridesmaid dresses, because they could wear them again. I thought they all looked wonderful in their own little styles they picked out and most of that has to do with all the help from you and your staff.

Even for my 9 year old niece the bridesmaid dress looked beautiful. She really liked her dress and looked like a beautiful young lady.

I loved my dress and so did everyone else. I thought I would never find the right dress, but thanks to Bombshell Bridal I was able to find the perfect dress that made me feel beautiful and comfortable. I received so many compliments on my dress. People complimented on the quality and style. I even got compliments from facebook friends saying how much they loved my dress and they asked where I got it. My dress fit perfect into my style and our wedding day with what I would call it the vintage look lol.

Most of all, thank you so much for making my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress searching so easy, relaxing and joyful. I could not of asked for a better experience and that is all because of you guys.”

12 Things Brides Forget Before Their Wedding Day

BRING EXTRA SHOES! Those gorgeous heels you bought? Yeah, by the time the reception rolls around your feet will be killing you! Bring an extra pair of flats so you can keep dancing and socializing the night away. You’ll thank me later. Decide what to do with the gifts. This is often forgotten during the wedding planning process, but still pretty important thing to remember! Make sure you assign someone to pack up the gifts and tell them where to take them. Especially if you are leaving on your honeymoon that night! You don’t want to decide what to do with them after you have had a few glasses of champagne. ;) Assign someone responsible to take care of the marriage license! Your officiant will take two copies and one is your souvenir. (Yes, you will sign three of them.) Make sure you don’t ask your cousin who has had 4 possibly 6 drinks that night already. A pretty hanger for your wedding dress. Since your dress will be photographed you want to make s...

#WeddingWednesday Taara + Malcolm 9-5-15

Wait until you see how beautiful Taara is! Their wedding was BEAUTIFUL! See what she had to say about her big day: "Our ceremony took place at Rock of  Ages Christian Ministries.   Our ceremony was short and sweet and only lasted about 20 minutes. My dad walked me down the aisle as my only brother sang to me.  I had my 2 favorite guys share this special moment with me and that meant everything to me. My husband and I exchanged vows and demonstrated us becoming one by taking part in a wine communion ceremony.  Once that was all said and done, we were introduced for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Hatcher. My fiancé thought that I was the most beautiful bride in the world. He absolutely loved my dress. I felt like a princess in my wedding dress. I never in a million years though that I could feel that way ! Being plus size can put a lot of doubt in your mind when it comes to finding that perfect dress for on...

#WeddingWednesday Cori + Steven 10-24-15

Our wedding theme was paper airplanes because of a short film my husband and I fell in love with. We also were never huge fans of flowers being the focal point, so using paper was fun and unique to us. It also made wedding planning easier not having to handle real flowers so we could get things done months in advance.  It was in the fall so we did use mini pumpkins for escort cards, and we drilled wholes in big pumpkins and put changing LED lights in them. We had paper airplanes on our cake, my necklace, and even on our bouquets and boutonnieres! Also instead of a book for people to sign, we made paper airplanes to later put in a big shadow box.  One of the easiest parts of our 15 month wedding planning adventure was finding my dress! I had gone to a previous shop but it was more so to have a better idea as to what I actually liked and flattered me the most. So once I got to Bombshell finding my dress was amazingly simple and quick! I think my dress endin...
